I use the drops and have lost a minimum of 26 pounds each round.

Did I get hungry?  Yes for the first 3 days.  But then as long as I ate and took my drops when I was supposed to after that I WAS NOT HUNGRY.  As a matter of fact I would forget to eat, ALOT =-)

Hope this helps.  Stay with it!

YAY! Your not going to be fat anymore!!!!
You are taking charge of your life and just wait!  You will be amazed!  I have completed 2 rounds of the HCG drops and lost 47 pounds in 2 30 day rounds!  I am currently on day 10 and have lost 12 pounds!  This is the most exciting ride you will EVER go on!

The BEST advice I have is....  On your first two loading days EAT LOTS OF FAT!!!!  Dont focus on starches, they will just take up space in your stomach and you will get too full to add more fat.  This will hep you in the first week.  I Promise!  Contact me if you need any more help or have questions.

Actually I have already read this manuscript from Dr. Simeon. This manuscript was great! It discusses the fundamental problems of obesity, its causes, its symptoms, and its very nature.

By the way I am a newbie ... I weighed in at 207.8 then went to 209 after loading up now down to 191.2. Smiley I want to be about 150 but my new saying is 140 by 40 which I will be in June 2011.
Feel awesome with this diet...Ive got 24 more injections. Then the 3 weeks of same diet ( just more Calories) Then about 3 weeks after that I will do another cycle. If there are any doubters out there...this DIET works!!!
Good luck everybody!!!!!! Send me some scented prayers they are calorie free!!!!

Best tip is too stay on this diet!!!!  You will get hungry...you WILL SEE RESULTS!!!!! I have lost 17 lbs. in 18 days with the injections. Just seen Dr. today to get the rest of my shots ( Im doing the 40 day injections with VLCD)
My favorite dish is ground chicken with low sodium taco seasoning ( about a teaspoon ) mixed with shredded lettuce. It taste really good. I eat my apple & bread stick in the A.M, then eat my lunch , then I eat the apple & breadstick between lunch & supper, then I will eat my supper later. So I feel like Im always eating. Aftera few days the "snack" of fruit will fill u up!

Give up the pop..drink lots of water( it fills u up too)
Good luck on your wonderful weight loss journey!!!!

Is it physical hunger (stomach growling) or head hunger?? There's a big difference. Because this is such a restrictive, low calorie diet, it is normal to feel some head hunger, where everything looks good and you feel deprived.  And almost everyone gets the "empty" feeling while on this plan, where you're not really hungry, just feel like you should eat something.

Many times, thirst is mistaken for hunger. Drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces in water.  Drink ice tea, herbal teas, etc. Many people find a hot beverage will help curb "hunger".  Experiment and find what works for you.

This diet is a wonderful way to really get to know your body and its triggers, but you MUST listen to your body to learn.
