I am on day seven of phase two and am ip one full pound today. Any suggestions? I am following very,very carefully. I did eat broccoli for lunch yesterday. Could that have done it?

I don't know why varying the diet makes such a big difference but it does.  Go back to the protocol and Stick with it though.  You will be happy with the results.
