Today's Menu
B - green apple
L - lean ground beef burger, mixed lettuce, dollop of sour cream, red wine viniagrette
D - skinless chicken thigh, broccoli, 2 oz. of red wine

I am on Day 3, 5.8 lbs. down and this eating seems to work for me.  I know I am a little off protocol.  But, I am keeping my calories low and taking the HCG drops about 30 minutes before I eat.

I drink a gallon of water including herbal teas such as oolong, green tea, etc. all day long.

Share your way of eating.  Thanks.

I am very  very new to this - I haven't even started but I'm trying to find recipes and plans so that I can know in advance what I'll have each week.  I see nobody has responded to your thread, but I will keep my eye on it.  Once I get started maybe we can exchange ideas.  Hope the diet is working well for you Smiley

I do try and switch it up a bit. Sometimes for breakfast ill have cereal. But if im in the mood for a much bigger breakfast I usually whip up some eggs bacon with English muffins with a glass of orange juice.
