I am on my first day of HCG is there a list of other veggies you can eat or is it limited to what the Protocol suggests.  I ordered a kit through Celeste and the instructions say 4 drops 4 times a day.  Does that sound right?  I am somewhat confused on what I can eat on the 500 calorie diet.

I am actually glad that you have started HCG.  It is the best weight loss program on the planet.  I started R2P1 today.  My goal is 15 more pounds.

As far as the food goes, you get 1 protien, 1 fruit and 1 veggie twice a day.  My sister sent me a food list for all phases.  During phase 2 the food list, as you can expect is very limited.  If you do not have a good digital food scale invest in one.  It will be worth it.  Stick to chicken, lean cuts of steak and white fish and you will be OK.  Fruits are more limited than steak.  You can have the juice of one lemon each day.  Strawberries, apples and Grapefruit are the only fruits on phase 2.  As far as veggies go, don't mix your greens.  You can have them or a tomato; onion, raw spinach, kale, asperegus, cabbage...there are many others.  Keep in mind that all foods except apples and 1/2 grapefruit should be weighed.  100g is all that is allowed for each of the two meals.

I wish I could send you the food list but I don't see an option for attachments.

I hope this helps.  Good luck and happy dieting.
