I had good success while on the HCG.  The 500 calorie diet was pretty easy, and the weight dropped off at an average of 5 pounds per week (not a pound a day - but still pretty good).  The hard part has been after I stopped taking the HCG. I have regained about 5 pounds, even after trying the fast/steak trick.  I plan to try it again in about 6 weeks to lose additional weight.

Huh I just wanted to tell you I have Kevin Trudos book and he says in it the weight is more likely to stay off if you do a body cleanse first.   Good luck!

Ron, did you use only organic products? Did you have trouble finding 100% organic products? Did you use all the supplements told to use? The teas?

Ron, I work for television network and we did an expose on so-called "all-natural" chicken and other meat products.

The problem is, since the term "all-natural" is not regulated by the FDA, it's essentially meaningless.  And what we found in "all-natural" chicken included salt water, chemicals, and growth hormones (all the stuff that screws our bodies up and makes us fat in the first place).

Frankly, it's why I became a vegan.

NYC MATT
I know what your saying-We almost have to raise our own animals and produce to fully know whats in our food--I read a interesting book many years ago called-Our food is killing you--self explanatory!! Susan Powter {spelling?}Had some interesting info in her books as well---My husband worked briefly at a hormel plant and was SHOCKED to say the least--And up to this day-Not one hormel product is welcome in our house-But i told him-what about all "the others"-You just havent seen all those cancerous  oozing sores cows and chickens!!We are so lucky i think not to know how and whats in our foods--We would never eat again im affraid. They only get away with it because they say its in small amounts--Well--DAH-we got to eat every day--It will accumulate and does and causes much disease--Ill stop here-This could really be a lengthy segment thats never ending and makes ya sick!
