I just started my drops yesterday. I realize I need 2 days of "bulk" eating, but I'm scared to death of adding to my weight. I'm 5'8" and have reached 300lbs! I'm still very active but have ALWAYS had weight issues. I've tried everything under the sun! Please convince me this bulk eating isn't the worst possible thing I could be doing for myself!! I need this to work!! Any helpful hints are more than welcomed!! I've never used a forum before either so don't give up on me lol!!

Hi, how are you doing now.  I just started and I did the two days of loading and it was really fun.  It was my last 2 days of fun eating fattening foods.  I am on Day 3 - 5.8 lbs. down.  How is it going?

Jeanette, how is it going?  I have 10 days left of round 2 and 5 pounds to my goal.  At this point the weight is coming off slowly.  However,  I am being very dilligent.

I am also a first timer, and this is my 5th day on P2 with the HCG drops, I am not hungry and don't have craving for sugar or carbs, and feel full after my last meal.  No cramps no hunger pains, and still energetic.  The only problem is that I have no weight loss, is it possible that this can also make you gain, I am doing the protocol religiously and see no difference at all, and sometime I feel as though I am gaining.

Help please!

If you can forego the grissini/melba...do.  I found that the carbs really effected my ability to lose the weight.  Make sure you are not mixing vegies, only one type of vegetable or leafy green.  Weighing your food is extremely important.
