Who else had a rough start?

Hi alls,

I started the shots on Monday the 6th. The 3400 fat diet didn't seem to have any effect so I was happy. Then bam, on the 8th my weight shot up. Up, not down!

I'd like to hear from persons who's body did not go by the book.

Thanks, I do need some light on the subject.

Hello, I may not have had a rough start, but I did not feel I lost as much as everyone else did. I seemed to stay at a weight for three days and then lose only one or two pounds. Have you had any problems with nervousness? Thank you for your comments. Also started my shots on Dec 6, 2010
