Dose anyone know some good Diet recipes to cook that is good and low cal. ?? And also not to high in carbohydrates ?? Like for lunch and dinner ?? I am on a diet that has to be none in carbs., or low in the Carbs.! Thank you . Have a great week you all.

low in cal. and low in fats..eat a lot of fruits and exercise that is a very good diet recipes

On the HCG.  I am finding that I need to eat my apple at in the morning.  This gives me energy while at work.  Then I eat grilled chicken on mixed lettuce with about two tablespoons of vinaigrette on it.  I put about 2 tablespoons of sour cream on it.  This is my favorite.

Dinner is either the same or I have made lean ground beef burgers.  I eat one for dinner with spinach.

What are you eating?

Kathy,
While you say you are eating mixed greens and dairy on the HCG diet don't say it too loudly.  I am glad it is working for you, however the protocol does not include diary and it is very clear about not mixing greens.  Still, I am an HCG dieter and happy that it works for whomever needs to lose weight no matter what modifications they make.

I just started my phase 2 yesterday.  My head hurt really bad.  I had peppermint tea for breakfast. Lunch spinach, I cooked it with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, parsley, organice chicken broth.(do not know if I was suppose to do) salt, pepper,  peppermint tea.  Ate my apple between lunch and dinner.  I was starving. Dinner. Grilled chicken and cooked cabbage the same way as the spinach.  I messed up and ate 2 fried chicken wings.  We never fry in our house and my daughter decided to fry them.  At first I felt guilty.  I just said I will see what happen.  I will not make a habit of that.  I need to loose 40 lbs.  I lost 1.8 lbs. the first day.  The wings did not affect me that much.  8

Any teas that contain mint should be avoided.  The oils can have an effect on the HCG.  Also no fats should be consumed during phase 2 so avoid fried foods.

a good diet recipe is to eat fruits allot and have a regular exercise
