First of all, I really struggled with Phase 2...I used the homeopathic drops and they did their job I am quite sure because I did lose and wasn't hungry all that often.  BUT...I have a physically demanding job (cleaning houses and private nursing) and my energy level was terrible but I did get through with no cheating and I think the reason why is the results...19 pounds in 23 days, and inches lost to boot. 
Phase 3 has me concerned, I am not so much in fear of gaining weight as I wonder what to do if you still continue to lose?  I will do a 1500-1800 calorie diet/no sugar/no starch for the next three weeks.  Then maybe start on a modified Atkins after that.  I would like to do another round of this protocol in mid Jan.
Maybe I will end up ok but just wanted to hear from somebody who lost during phase 3 and see what they did to remedy it besides eating more, and how things turned out for them.  I want to keep on the 1500-1800 calorie diet and not force more food to stay at the steady weight.  Tomorrow is my last day of Phase 2.

I am new to this myself just being on day 16 of my first round, but I am wondering why you would not want to continue to lose weight on phase 3?

My understanding is that you are to maintain the weight you lost, in phase 3, and this is the phase that resets the metabolism.  That is one feature of this diet that really appealed to me.

I thought it was just that you not put the weight back on.  Hopefully somebody who knows can clarify.

I think you are to stay within 2.1 pounds of your last dose/500 calorie day, otherwise you do a steak day, if you gain.  I see nothing that  says what to do if you keep losing.  I hope someone chimes in as this is my last 500 calorie day Grin
How are you doing with your plan?  I ended up losing 18 pounds to my last dose and have lost another 2.4 these last three no dose/500 calorie days.  I only stayed on the drops for the minimum time, 23 days, then three days of no dose/but 500 cal.

Thanks for the information and congrats on your success! 
I'm on day 17 and am down 20.2 pounds.  I'm doing the 40 days and like you am also on the homeopathic drops.  I hope someone comes by and answers your question soon, I will keep looking.
