I totally freaked out last night and ate nachos m&ms and twix bars. couoldn't stop. Have lost 11 lbs in 17 days and just lost it. now what? Cry

Just brush yourself off and get back on track!  What was your weight gain?  I doubt you need to start over, maybe throw in some exercise today and tomorrow and see if the weight loss gets back on track.  Where are you at in the program?  VLCD?
Everyone makes mistakes, just don't beat yourself up and give up!  Good Luck to you!
