I want to start the hcg diet but I don't know were I should get it from.  I've heard a lot that a bunch of it is fake.  Can anyone help me on road to weight loss?

Do you know anyone who has done this diet?  Maybe they can direct you to a reliable source.  Another suggestion is to see a naturopath, some of them have gotten on the band wagon with this.  Good Luck to you!
