I make a turkey burger grilled, I put a thin slice of fresh onion with a half of snacker slices pickle on it and a dime size of Dijion mustard. wrap it in lettuce or just cut it up.  OMG it is sooooo good and I feel very full.  Warning:  if you wrap it in lettuce, use a napkin it is slippery and tries to escape.  LOL

When grilling my burger I use Mrs. Dash table blend or just lemon pepper.

I also have grilled chicken breast with lemon pepper with steamed cabbage or fresh spinach.  This is good whole or chop up the chicken breast with the cabbage or spinach, sautee an onion slice (use Pam) mix it all up a bit of sea salt or lemon pepper wrap it in lettuce leaves.  You can also add a dash of hot sauce.  OMG soo good.

Try a turkey burger grilled with lemon pepper and a cup of squash with two sprintzes of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, add sea salt and pepper. Delicious

My other fav so far is, Talipia - baked I have two 3 ounce pieces and add 1 teaspoon of Best Foods Relish Spread.  One tablespoon has 30 calories and 2 carbs.  It is very, very fillling and again, delicious.

I bake my squash and cut it up with lemon pepper and a couple sprintzes of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter.

I am going to continue my quests in the kitchen and will let everyone know my results.

I love tilipia - here's another suggestion - in foil, put the fish, then top with a little salt & pepper, chopped tomato and cilantro. Wrap and bake at 350. I make several pieces, then when they come out weigh them and put them in seperate containers in the refrigerator to have for lunch or dinner.
