In 8 days I will be starting the program and I have a couple of questions. 
Can you use frozen raw shrimp and just weigh out the 100 grams, right from the freezer?  (I plan to steam)
Has anyone found any product to replace Burt's Bees lip balm, besides using mineral oil?  I live where it is dry and windy and I have to constantly put lip balm on.
I am sure as time goes on I will have more questions and I apologize in advance if this is not the thread to be asking, pretty new at this sort of thing.

Hi Terkatz. I just started the diet this week and it is going great! I was also worried about the lip balm but I found that Soft Lips lip balm works great and does not have any oil in it.

Regarding the shrimp, I would thaw it first. Just to make sure there isn't any ice or added water on it. Then weigh it before you cook it. I cooked mine in lemon juice on the stove and then added pepper and a (sugar free, just look at the labels) cajun seasoning to it. It was wonderful!

 ;DThanks for the tip about SoftLips, I will pick some up tomorrow.  It is getting colder and windier here so that is very helpful.
I have lost 8.7 pounds in 9 days but I am also tanning for a upcoming cruise.  I read that tanning causes you too retain fluid and wonder if that is why I haven't lost more.  I am not frying myself, just getting a base so I don't burn in the Caribbean.  (Will be snorkeling ALOT!)
Any input on this anyone?  I am also using Aveeno lotion which is one that has no oils for moisturizing.

May I ask where you purchased your HCG kit...its furstrating to me going to sites or places and they offer the shakes to go with it as a meal replacement, I want to order the original HCG that goes with the original diet. can you help.  Thanks.  I was thinking of ordering from this site.

There is a woman in our town that sells the homepathic drops.  She gets them from a lab and they are working well for me, and she used them to lose all her weight.  I first bought the book: HCG Weight Loss Cure Guide by Linda Prinster and read through it before buying any drops. 
I know there are alot of homeopathic practitioners that are selling this program, I am sure in your area too.  There is a site that this blog refers to if you do a search, it will give you their website. 
Hope you find the answers you need.  The internet is full of fraud selling these drops and diet info.
