Such as Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome?  I need to lose about 40 pounds and I'm wondering if this is right for me . . . Thanks so much! Grin

well I can only speak for myself and I am on R1 P2  and the only thing that I have noticed is when I was on the injections and my cycle  it was ver light  then  this cycle  while I am not taking the injections  I went  for over a week  when normal cycle for me was 3 days .  no pain . I did retain a lot more fluid.
It has been the easyest and most effective  diet I have ever  been on .
