I started with the injections on Wednesday August 25 - load day
Thursday August 26 - load day....and heartburn.
Friday - August 27 - VLCD - Weigh in at 228
Saturday - August 28 - VLCD - Weigh in at 223....HOLY CRAP - 5 lbs.
Sunday - August 29 - VLCD - 221.6   ...ate lunch at Red robin - turkey burger...with lettuce.
Monday - August 30 - VLCD - 221.2   - Traveling to PA for work....


GOAL is 125 or 130....
5' 7"
40 years old in October of 2010....let's see how many lbs I can get off by then....

Tuesday August 21 - 220.....one more pound gone.

Good job!!! It gets easier & easier....u dont even want to cheat! Im on day 22 & down 20 lbs (easiest diet Ive been on) I just started doing Cardio so I hope the weight falls off!!!!
Keep it up !!!! How much are trying to lose? What ever amount .....u are doing great!  Keep us posted!
