Hit the Reset button!  I am ready for change. 

I got my HcG today.  I am ready to start! 

Any tips on giving yourself the injections?

pick a area with no scar tissue and no veracose veins. pinch up the area and go in fast. pul back on the plunger to make sure you  did not hit a vein  then  go for it

When you say "pull the plunger back" what exactly do you mean? I begin injections soon as well, and I have to admit I'm a little afraid of injecting myself. Not to sound wimpy or anything lol Smiley

your Syringe  has 3 parts the outer or barrel the needle and the plunger ( the inside)

It's really not a big deal after you do it a time or two. The pain is very little, comparable to maybe a mosquito bite.  I would cringe at the thought of needles/shots when I started. I would not really watch, since I found seeing the needle pierce the skin was what made me kinda woozy...You'll be fine in a week.
