I started the injections today

I went to the Dr. yesterday and weighed in at 264 lbs I am 5ft 5 and so tired of being fat and  seeing the looks I get. I do not know how much support my husband is going to be . I am glad I come across this forum .

  day 5  the first 2 were really difficult. I have lost 7.5 lbs and feel great.  the only problem I have is I am brusing  at the injection sites is this normal?  I am a nurse and have never left a bruse on a pt. while giving a injection what am I doing wrong on my self?

Hi  I have lost a total of 22 lbs i weigh in at the Dr. office tomorrow.  I have also lost a total of 16 inches in thighs ,upper arms,hips and stomach.
 the first 2 days on the 500 cal were difficult I felt hungry all the time and the cravings  were very hard to resest.  I am at the end of week 3 and I am having trouble eatting every thing that I am allowed. I am lucky if I get  3oz 1 veggy and one fruit in a day.  but the Dr. said as long as I am taking my vitamens not to worrie about it.
