I started mixing my first batch with the 5000iu vial yesterday and had a horrible accident where I ended up needing to open up the second 5000iu vial to use for the first batch. ugh!! Now I have to hurry and order another 5000iu vial in hopes that it comes before the first batch runs out. Does anyone know how long it should last me?? I mixed the 5000iu with 5.5ml of collodial silver, 1 ml of b12 and another 1ml of collodial silver to dissolve the hcg and i'm taking .25 ml of the mixture twice a day. I've heard it lasts around 15 days? Does anyone know for sure??
Does that mixture sound correct? There are way too many variations of it so it was a bit confusing.
Also how long do you hold it in your mouth for? I could only stand it about 10 mins max before i was going crazy and needed to swallow it. Is that ok?
this is my first preload day and will be doing one round in hopes of loosing 15-20lbs. Does anyone have any tips for my journey that could help me??
