So it says no oil what so ever except mineral oil...im on the drops...but no oil means no products with oil or starch in it that could seep into the skin....including hair moisturizers. My hair gets really really dry especially in the summer and spring...i live in texas so the weather is dry and sooooo hot...any suggestions on hair moisturizers i could use with no oil...i had to wash my hair to get all the oil out...

Thanks

I worry about this too. I dont think I could eliminate this completely. Just perhaps limit how often I use it...

The cosmetic data base gives alot more information on products you are using. Probably too much. But it might help give you an idea if your product may be to heavy...

there is alot of information so definitely use the search tool!

I have long hair so I flip it forward bent over in the shower and just put conditioner on the ends while wearing rubber gloves and rinse it the same way.  That way I at least get a little bit of conditioner on it where it needs it most but it never touches my skin.  It's a pain, but just one of those things I figure I will endure for weight loss.

I was advised that I could use my regular conditioner, but if I was not losing or if I were stalling to eliminate it.  I am on the drops and I have been using my regular conditioner daily and have been losing 1 pound per day.
I am using Corn Huskers lotion for skin as well as Aveeno lotion and Neutrogena has some oil free moisturizers.  It is very dry where I live and I can't get by without some kind of moisturizer.
Hope this helps.  GOOD LUCK!

I love the dedication you all have.  I think that my experience with HCG was very successful, however I didn't go to the extremes that the protocol recommends.  I used lotions, conditioner and makeup.

I applaud all of you for taking it very seriously though.

I wish you much success.  Good luck and happy dieting,
