HCG Instructions

I am new to HCG actually i have just started today. My doctor recommended that i try it because his other patients love it but unfortunatly he had no more and suggested I get it from the Health store which is the only health store that provides HCG, he told me to email the company and see if they could email me the user guide via email but the company said they need a comformation number. Could anyone by chance send me the instructions to my email  , I really don't want to mess this up and i want to follow it to the T. My doctor said i needed to do this for health reasons. I would greatly appreciate it.

to start my program I went to DIYHCG.com and downloaded Dr. Simeons protocol manuscript (the founder of the HCG diet) read it thru and then ordered the drops from the site...other friends had done it from this site with great results...I am down 37 pounds so far and am on round 2 of the drops...best wishes to you...

SUNSEA - when do you take your drops??  Before or after a meal, or at your convenience?  (I'm doing 10 drops/3x day.)

Hi, I follow the protocol and take drops 3 times a day 8 AM, 2 PM and 8 PM. I set my alarm on my blackberry to remind me. You are not supposed to eat or drink anything 15 minutes b4 and 15 minutes after taking the drops and also try and hold under tongue for 2-5 minutes b4 swallowing for maximum absorption. (those who may disagree need not post, this is the way the manuel says to do it, so I do it this way). Hope that helps! I am down 40.5 pounds and just started second round a week ago.
