I'm committed to embarking upon this diet journey and had ideally planned to begin before the summer (aiming to be near my goal by July, starting to diet May) but I have important exams coming up. I need to be able to study and focus every day for at least 8 hours during this month and particularly from late May until the end of June when my exams are taking place.
I'm just wondering how much HCG and the diet will effect my ability to focus? Should I postpone it (

!) or go ahead? These exams are extremely important.
