I DONT LIKE VEGGIES

ok, i cant stand the veggies that are allowed, basically the only ones i like are corn, green beens, and peas. i havent been eating any veggies is this going to mess anything up and can i eat any of the ones i like.

Well, to get the best results, you definitley want to stick to the guidelines. Have you tried different seasonings and methods of preparation? Also, I found that when I switched to organic food, that I actually really liked items that I detested my entire life. Case in point, english peas. I have NEVER liked them, but have always tried them periodicaly. When I had organic peas (Cascadian Farm frozen bagged ones) I couldn't believe it. They looked totally different and tasted totally different. They were bright green and round, not olive green and shriveled up.

Do you like onions? I found that if I sauteed some onions or leeks in water until they were soft and translucent and then made a little bed out of them to top with my protien choice---it was pretty tasty.
