hi all i lost 25 pounds last year and gained it back during the winter holidays eatng my brains out, I started all over today is my 1st day back looking for an accountability partner so i will have that stick-to-it attitude. I have 30 pounds to lose my present weight 166 today. I am  looking to lose 30-35 pounds by the end of March this year.

I'll be your buddy! I just started 4 days ago and currently am 184 (Yikes!) I gained 80lbs after my divorce and am ready to get this off!!! What were you thinking? If you want we can exchange emails or something. Its always easier to do this with someone else

would love to hook up with some folks. Just started my 3rd round. Started out at 185 1st round got down to 160. kept it off. second round got down to 148. gained it all back. I am not doing too good on the maintenance. can't seem to get my head around it. I am on round 3 starting today. Gorged and ended up throwing up....is this typical? HELP.

Hi Cha77. How did you do? I'm like you I have done a couple of rounds and lost a total of 30lbs but within a year i gained most of it back. Its really hard because i have a house full of guys who eat whatever they want not gaining a pound but not me. Sometime i feel like i need to be on a diet forever because i do very well on it but once I'm off that is. I need structure at all time. I am planning to start another round right after my TOM leaves. I just placed a order of hcg so i hope it arrives before then.  Hope your round 3 was a success. - sta
