Started HCG Injections today

I have gained over 35lbs this past year. After two operations for internal bleeding back to back after a very low blood count I have put on massive amount of weight in a short time. Found out Adrenal exhaustion and thyroid issue in Oct and weight gain has been less than before but still unmanageable. I eat a healthy diet of about 1200 - 1400 (no fast food, low starch/sugar)calories a day and still gain weight consistently. My sizes have gone from a 8/10 to 14/16 in the last 9 months.

Went and saw a Clinic that recommended HDG. Got first ingestion today. I am on a loading day but cannot eat a lot (struggle with being hungry probably due to low metabolic rate). Looking to lose about 40 lbs.

Hi I am a few days behind you - I started today with injection and "loading" which seems odd doesnt it?

Anyway, I have about 60 - 70 lbs to lose so I have ordered another 2 sets to enable me to do 40 injections then a break then 23.

I live in spain but am going travelling with my husband and 5 pets on 1 April for (hopefully) about 1 year so I really do want to get this weight off.
