Shocked at my results!!!

So I'm on day 4 (6 if you include my load days) and I've already lost 9.5 lbs. I'm so happy!!!!  I have been extreamly strict with everything, but it seems that it will payoff! I'm almost scared that my results are too extream. What does everyone think?

Congrats to you!  It is different for everyone, I too was thrilled at how much I lost at first....then things dropped off to maybe .4 or .6 pounds per day.  I do not want to discourage you, just keeping it real.  I wish I would have had someone do that for me....   I have stuck to the protocol exactly, wish I would have only done the 20 shots (26 days total) b/c at that point I had lost 16.8 lbs.

I'm at on day39 now...my program will be a total of 49 days (because of the my monthly cycle twice during the program and the 3 days at the end).  Total weight loss is 22.8 lbs.
