I am doing the drops, on the evening of day four and yes I was starving on days 2 and three. Today has been much better, and I have found that coffee in the morning instead of the green tea has made a differance. Hang in there for a few more days as your body adjusts, and you'll be happy you did. If possible sleep more that usual to get your mind off of your hunger. Ive been going to bed earlier since I feel starving and sleeping in. Then my day is shorter and I get to eat closer together
