What do vegetarians eat on HCG? I've tried some fish but don't feel good about it. However, the diet is working great so I just wanted some more ideas. Anyone out there have any ideas?

I believe you can do this using tofu ~ though I don't know anyone who has done it that way . . .

Hello!  I have done this diet twice now. The first time I lost 17 pounds, but the second time I lost 30. I had a dr. both times.  My second time was easier because I got a book to follow. It has recipes and a journal and tons of info. If anyone's interested it's called My Weight is Over, and its available on www.10weekchallenge.com. It also has info for diabetics and vegetarians.
I'm a 48 yr old male, and i've kept off 45 of the 47 pounds I've lost.
I did the actual shots from a doctor, because those drops are mostly a scam.

My mother also did the diet, but had a really hard time losing at first, and we think it's because she's diabetic, so we changed her daily intake from 2 fruits to one fruit, and added one veggie, then her daily weight loss doubled.  I encourage everyone willing to go on a mission for just one month, to try the hcg diet. Yes, it works, if you follow the plan (get that journal, too), and get REAL hcg.

I lean towards being vegetarian too. Have you tried egg whites? Oh, and shirataki noodles?  They aren't noodles, really. I had them 2x a week during phase 1, and still lost as much weight. I got them at trader joes for like $2.60 a bag. Then i put tomato sauce on them and it's like eating spaghetti!
