I am planning to go back to phase 2 when I finish phase 3.  How detrimental will that be?

I have been doing great on phase 3; holding steady at about 1# over the final number of phase 2.  Still haven't had a steak day (aside to actually having a steak with other veggies and fruits for a real meal).  I even enjoy some homemade almond bark (made from cocoa, butter, 1 Tbsp. chopped almonds and powdered stevia), and some blue bunny ice cream bars sweetened with Splenda.

My greatest hurdle is trying to drink all 10+ glasses of water.  I did really good with the water during phase two (needed to flush out those nasty toxins), but I'm not pushing myself as much when I'm not taking the drops.  Is it absolutely imperative that I go into phase 4 before coming back to phase 2, if I still have more weight to lose?

I finished phase 1 and really felt great and lost about 30 pounds or more. I finished my 21 days of no sugar, carbs. or starch and now have started on another round of phase 1. My first phase 1 I did 40 day cycle but this time I am doing 23 day cycle. Wow, just seems harder to cut back to 500 calories this cycle. My first cycle I was just so excited but I am finding harder to keep going. I have only been on 500 calories for about 2 days but I know this works and will get through. I have more weight to lose and hope to lose about 20 pounds more. I only bought a 23 day cycle of shots because I think I can last on low calories short cycle this time better than long cycle. I do not want to set myself up for failure.

I would like to know if during phase 3, the melba (one or two) tost and fruit can be eaten because they where allowed in phase 2.....they are, after all, carbs and sugar.
