No weight loss

I am Day 5 on vlcd (not injections, but sublingual).  I have hit my first day with not wt loss.  Did this happen to anyone else this early?  I am wondering, even though it sounds stupid, if not eating enough calories could be the culprit.  I have yet to break 425.  I also read that when the fat cells are being broken down that this process slows the wt loss for a few days then I should notice a "marked loss".  Just do not want to get derailed so early.  Did this happen to anyone else?  Any advice would be appreciated.

I am on the shots and the 11th day of the VLCD and only lost 11 pounds. I was averaging 2 pounds per day and now in the last 3 days I lost 1 pound total. I have been writting and everyone is saying that it is normal. It is just nice seeing pounds disappear.

Thanks for the reply!  I dropped 2 more lbs this am.  I guess I just overreacted...   You'd think I would be happy with the wt just coming off, but when you get such great results for a period of time and then nothing   ugh!  But I will stay the course.....lol   Again thanks for replying
