Getting enough calories
«

I am through P3 and P4 and have had a terrible time keeping up with eating enough calories. I am not a big meat eater and I do protein shakes. I am just finding it hard to eat enough and I know that is why I am gaining weight. Any suggestions? How are we to eat for the rest of our lives.........I guess I just don't know what a good eating plan looks like. suggestions?

Have you tried other protein sources such as edaname, lentils, etc. which are more calorically dense but still in the low glycemic index?
