Hi everyone!  I just started the HCG shots last thursday and am currently on my 4th day of the VLCD.  I am VERY HUNGRY!  I thought that the HCG was supposed to help curb your appetite?  I'm weighing my meat on a scale and it seems like 100 oz is a tiny piece of chicken?  My typical meal has been 100 oz of chicken, 2 cups of spinach, and a handful of strawberries cut up on top with one melba toast.  I feel so hungry and lightheaded.  Could use any suggestions!  Cry

Make sure you are drinking lots of water (lemon) and your teas.  I found that Yerba Matte tea helped crub my appettite.   I had days of hunger as well, so I had to visualize myself skinny in some cases.  I also would keep a stock of homemade chicken both, and I would eat/drink that.  That is zero calories. Keep in mind if you cheat, you may stall the diet.  You have invested a lot of time and money in this, take advantage of it.  Hang in there.  Hope this helps.

Ugh...I know the feeling. I'm on my 12th day of injections and I have felt hungry every day, though, the intensity varies. I've followed the diet strictly, no cheating, and drink plenty of water. I have read several posts that say you are not suppose to feel hunger, but mine has never gone away. I've been taking my injection in the afternoon and wonder if that makes a difference.

On the upside I have lost 10lbs, and put on a shirt today that I haven't worn in forever because you could see a bulge.
