Well here is my weight loss update. I am on day 12 and I am down 10 lbs. I am injecting 1/2" subq in the thigh 125 HCG each day. I have not cheated at all except if you want to call eating brocolli and combining some tomatoes with lettuce and eating a couple pieces of cuke to curb any small hungrys that are lurking around in between meals and using coconut oil on my chapped dry hands then ok call it cheating but I don't believe it is affecting my weight loss by much if at all. I am still going to the gym doing my 1 hour cardio sessions and continue to train with weights. I have noticed I don't have as much momentum during exercise as I did prior to the diet.
