after the weight gain, did you take it off successfully. or will you do another phase 2. Is it possible to lose weight, gain alittle back, lose it again without going back on this diet? I agree its alot of work. to stay possitive because the diet is so boring. I would be happy with at least a mint or gum. Can I chew sugarless gum on Phase 3? I really want this to work, I can't stand fighting this extra 25 lbs forever. I have tried alot of diets. (weight watchers, Ephedra diet pills, South beach) I lose weight but it comes back so fast. I believe that Im a healthy eater too. I love going out to eat, what suggestions do you have for me. I just want this to work.
