My niece also wants to start the diet. Other than normal health risks, will smoking hurt her results? Huh

I TALKED TO THE NURSE WHERE I GET MY SHOTS FROM AND SHE DOESN'T RECOMMEND SMOKING, BUT SHE SAID SHE HASN'T HEARD OF IT INTERFERRING WITH THE DIET.
