I am a mom struggling with more than 30 lbs that I cannot seem to lose. I am curious if HCG can really help me to lose weight when other diets have failed? Please help.

I can only speak for myself, but I have been on the diet for 8 days and lost 12 lbs. And I'm not hungry.  I am a 52 year old working lady with ~80 lbs to lose.  If you can handle the needles I'd say try it. Grin

I am on my second round.  I have or HAD 80 Lbs to lose.  I took 35 pounds off the first round.  I am now about 14 days into my second round and I have lost 17 for a total of 52!  This plan really works!!  Good luck to you, you will love the plan with NO HUNGER or CRAVINGS:)

I have lost 26 pounds in 30 days (this includes gaining 2.5 pounds because I cheated at the fair last weekend!)  It really is an AWESOME program!  I have struggled with weight my whole life, practically, and I have (had) at least 134 pounds to lose.  This program is great in that if you follow it, you should not be hungry and you should have lots of energy and you're losing weight!

I think I am ready to take the plunge....and hope I can get over the fear of needles! I understand they are small and it goes fast. Anyone recommend a doctor in Arizona?

Hey Winky:

I just completed Phase 2 and the needles were the very small diabetic ones. They didn't hurt for the most part. A coupla days, there was a little tenderness, but I would just find a different spot and it was okay.

I lost 31 lbs in 40 days of injections. I didn't cheat, but I do think I would have lost more if I had paid more attention to the following things:

--Water, water, water
--100 grams of protein means 100 grams. Not 125 grams or 137 grams. I still lost on those days, just not as much.
--The walking is essential
--No visible fat on the meat mets no visible fat on the meat
--Simeons allows breadstick or melba toast, but I noticed I did better on the days that I didn't have that.

I've been on Phase 3 for three days and so far the weight has stayed off. I'm eating quite a bit of food, but absolutely no sugar or starch. And I'm still walking and drinking lots of water.

I looked for a doctor in Houston, but couldn't find one who would administer the program exactly as Dr Simeons developed it. They all tried to do it a different way. So I gave up and just ordered the stuff off the internet and self-administered.

Here I am sharing my wife's success story with HCG. Hope, it will be an encouragement for you.

She is 29, about 5’9’’ and weighs around 170 pounds. Can you believe that her weight was 186 pounds just one month back? It has become possible for HCG diet.

After having our daughter she just became careless and ballooned up. At certain point of time, all her clothes started getting tight. Both of us were really worried. Doctors told that it was normal. But, things were getting worse.

At that time, she was advised homeopathic HCG diet by one of our friends. I knew about allopathic HCG. But, it was not ideal for her as she hates injections. The oral drops were more comfortable for her.

She took it for 15 days and after that things got totally changed. All her old clothes now fit. She is livelier than ever before.
