HCG needles, nose spray or pills?

Hello..
I am on my second round of a 43 day program.  I used the nose spray last time and this time also.  I had great results last time losing 35 pounds.  I have been told that the needle injections work better.  Does anyone have any feedback for this topic?

Wow!  I didn't even know there were nose spray forms.  I have done needles, sublingual, and this time I am doing the homeopathic forumla. So far, all three have worked great for me.

Sorry, but I've never heard of HCG in nasal spray form!  I've heard of injectable and oral (which has a lot of controversy), but not the nasal spray ~ interesting to hear, though!

The Doctor that I go to offers either nasal spray or the needle injections.  I have heard before that the needles work better, but my Doctor said that they are the same.  I had good luck last time.  Today when I weighed in I had lost 6.2 LBS!!  So I was pretty happy:)

Interesting.  Our new general practitioner (doctor) is really IN to natural healing and such.  He is thrilled with the progress we are making on the hCG protocol with another clinic.  He seems to think you can put the same dose of hCG under your tongue for 4 minutes and get the same absorption as giving yourself a shot.  I really doubt it though.  I'll continue with the invections - especially since the shot is so easy to do.
