Second time around...A few bumps in the road.

Ok, I started my second round. I loaded for two days and started the vlcd on day three. on day four I was the same weight. I was suprised, I did exactly the same thing as last time except for that I increased my dose to 200iu. After 2 days of only 1.8 pound weight loss I changed my dose to 175iu and then had a 3 pound weight loss the next day. Im not sure what happeded but my first week feels like a waste of time. So im not sure if I should continue my injections past the 23 days because of the dose change or stop at 23.

Hi there!
I think you could just finish up the HCG after 23 days, and you should be fine.  Other people do it for quite a bit longer, and they still lose and it's fine! 
I think it's just personal preference ~ Were you only wanting to do it for 3 weeks?
