I know it says you can have beef burger. Anyone know about turkey burger? I know it's more healthy for you, but I can't find Turkey on the list anywhere.

Nope....turkey is not on the list.  KT says there is not success with turkey for some reason.

I think the reason turkey is not on the list is because most often you buy an whole turkey and cook it with the skin on so the fat gets cooked into the turkey.  If you can buy raw turkey breast strips or ground turkey that may be okay.  It has a much lower fat content that beef. 

It may also have to do with the triptaphen (sp?) in turkey.
