If the HCG loses its potency, why would you want to use it?  Further, I would safely assume that the potency does not disappear suddenly, but on a steady decline over the course of 3-4 days.  You need a minimum 125 i.u.'s injected everyday for it to work.

What might work is if you used bacteriostatic water to mix the hcg.  If I'm not mistaken, it can last maybe 10-14 days without refrigeration, or longer.  Personally, I didn't want to take a chance when I ordered from this site and bought bacteriostatic water instead of using the saline solution that came with it, AND I refrigerated it.  This way, I know for sure I'm getting 187.5 i.u'.s, or close to it.

I'm on my 13th day on hcg.

No the bacteriostatic water will not make it last longer unrefrigerated. It will only last longer if it's refrigerated. Depending on how long your camping trip is, you could probably use ice packs.
