Im a newbie to the protocol and i am at a plataeu already.Started shots on Sun,June 22. It is now Mon.June 30 .8 Days in and I haven't lost any weight in 4 days.Great results at first 1st day,2lbs.
                                   2nd day.2lbs
                                   3rd day,1lb
                                   4th day,1lb.
What could i possibly be doing wrong. Even if I was eating too much, (which i'm not) how is it posssible that im not loosing anything? Hard to not get discouraged!

Guess you'll have to reexamine everything you're doing, like how you're mixing your hcg, are you refrigerating it after the mix,  are you eating only the foods allowed, are you eating at least 500 calories, are you combining veggies (you shouldn't, unless it's a salad as specified in KT's book), are you eating different foods for both meals on the same day, are you drinking enough water, etc.  Once you've eliminated the possibilities as noted in KT's book, then it's probably temporary.  You may either wait another day to see what happens, or do an apple day.

A 3-4 day plateau is common.  I've hit a 3-day one myself after 10 days, but noticed I made an error in calculating my last meal.  I went 130 calories over! Shocked

Any one who wants a calorie counter --just send me a message with your email address. I can't send it to you through the site since there is no place for attachments. Sharon may be able to make a link to it so that everyone can download it in the future.
