i was wondering how long i can keep hcg drawn into the needle at room temperature for?   also how do i dispose of the used syringes?

You may be able to get a bio hazard container from the pharmacy to dispose of "insulin needles and sharps". If not, an empty detergent bottle will do. When it's full, duct tape it closed and write "used needles" in permanent marker all over it before disposing.
