Hi,
I am just wondering if you guys take the coconut oil. On the instructions that come with the HCG it says to take 1 tsp of the oil once a day. When I look at the calories it's like 120 calories for a tbsp. So I think that is a lot? We are really supposed to just take a tsp? It seems like a lot of wasted calories since I am only getting 500 I want to actually have food.
And does anyone know where I can get grissini? I am in LA so I would assume we have lots of stores that actually have it just not sure which one. Thanks for the help.

Artichokes are not on any list of approved veggies, although they are nutritious they are a little starchy so I wouldn't recommend them.

A tsp of coconut oil daily is about 40 calories and for me it did no harm; I didn't count it in my calories either. I gradually stopped taking it because I was unsure it being oil. I'm sure that it helps with elimination though. If you have a chance, read  The Coconut Oil Miracle, by Bruce Fife. I learned alot about coconut oil. It seems to have almost a solvent quality that dissolves fat and unhealthy tissue. For instance, you can be chewing gum and take a spoonfull of coconut oil, keep chewing and the gum will dissolve!

Try Whole Foods for the Grissini.  I don't take the coconut oil.  I've tried and think it's awful so I skip it.
