I only wait 3 weeks between my rounds (and I do the long rounds)...so I think you'd be fine not waiting the 6 weeks especially since you only did the 23 day round!

So total on the 3 weeks of maintainance I have lost 5 lbs. I feel great. I can eat what I want without weight gain and I can't wait to do another round.

I'm curious as to what you ate during your maintanence phase?  What would a daily menu look like for you?

I've been happily maintaining my weight too, and haven't had to do a steak day.

My typical intake is like 5-6 ounces almonds (raw and/or salted)- Can't stop when I start, an apple, grapefruit, lots of broccoli and tomatoes w/ oil, vinegar and salt (love 'em), stir fry with veggies and tofu, any kind of meat (usually cooked in olive oil).  Sometimes, I'll buy a rotisierri chicken and eat it over the course of 2-3 days.  Having the grapefruit and apples really help to fill in the gap between meals.  I've successfully stayed away from peanuts, corn, peas and carrots because of their starch content.  raw carrots may be okay, but I've stayed away from them altogether.  I've got 1 more week on phase 3  Grin

My menu

Breakfast:
2-3 eggs
shredded cheese
1 fruit

Snack:
1 or 2 fruits

Lunch:
Salad or veggie
chicken/ turkey dogs
1 fruit

Snack:
same

Supper:
same

I didnt limit myself with the fruits or veggies. I ate everything: grapes, bananas, corn, peas ect. I just didnt have sugar or breads. I even had a couple mixed drinks with rum or tequila. I added back in diet soda, oils, butter, and my favorite peanut butter. I was never hungry and always ate a protien right before bed.

Glad to hear about the peanut butter and grapes.  I miss having those.  Btw- was that natural peanut butter, or the name brand kind that has a little sugar?

In addition to what Krusenj ate, I also had a glass of wine or a beer, and some very greasy sausages. Tongue

So I've been off phase 3 for about 3 weeks and have been maintaining. I only notice a slight increase when I drink beer, eat cheezits, and dont drink enough water. Otherwise I eat and drink whatever I want. Im starting round 2 on Thursday...wish me luck.

That's nice to hear. I'm on my second week on Phase 4 and have been maintaining as well.  However, I am limiting my bread and have almost avoided rice altogether.  I'm still scared to go back to eating the same amounts as before.  I realize I was eating too much of it anyway.

Beer and wine don't seem to affect me much, as I had a pretty good amount this past  week with no noticeable weight increase.  I pigged out on dinner this past saturday and finished with an apple pie, scoop of ice cream and a coco puff filled with chocolate pudding Grin, but so far, so good.  I understand an occassional indulgence is all right.

Hi Krusenj, I've been reading about your success, and I'm inspired. I also work night shift, and that makes it definitely more difficult. To tell you the truth, I haven't started this program, but I want to start.

How did you get started on it?  I haven't read the book, yet. I plan to order it on the internet tonight. I am interested, but nervous. Plus I also want to know how much it cost just to get started.

Congrats on your success.  Wink

You know, I read the book and couldnt really get into it. I didnt do colon cleanses and the other stuff suggested. I printed the Dr. S's manuscript off free and used that. The first time around I used this website to order my Hcg. The second time around I ordered from a different site and order everything seperate and it was much cheaper. You can email me personally at krusenj@hotmail.com.
