Well, I am very new at this. I am one of those persons that has honestly and unsuccessfully tried every diet pill on the shelf. I have a very hard time losing weight and get discouraged very easily. I came into this thinking that it was most likely not going to work but I will try it anyways. I work twelve hour night shift 3x a week and think this is the downfall to my efforts. I started the injections on June 10th. Day1: 192.0 Day2: 192.0 Day3: 188.6 Day4: 185.3 Day5: 183.6. I was amazed at the results and I love that unlike other diets that give general "eat healthy" tips, this gives you a specific menu. I hope my results stay this great through the rest of the treatment.

Not on night shift, but hope I can help. I am off for the summer (teacher) and get up between 7 and 8. I eat my protein and veggie at noon and 6pm. I a fruit and melba anytime in the afternoon i feel I need to. the other fruit and melba are eaten between 6 and 10pm. What time to you get up? Try eating first meal 4-6 hours after waking and then the next one 6 hours after that. Eat your fruit inbetween.

Day 14: 175.4. I get up around 3 in the afternoon on the days following my night shift and I get up around 8-9am on the other days. Some days I dont get to sleep because I have young 2 children. Right now Ive been scared to eat after midnight cause I dont want to gain weight.

Hello, today is my first day on 500 cal diet, and the 3d shot. The doctor in Milwaukee prescribed me 175 iu sub cuteneos. Does anyone do the shots in the fatty tissue and how many units you get. I got 23 filled syringes from very reputable pharmacy in my city, but I can tell that they used HCG Generic one. Please share your experience how to mix (or never mix greens, like lettuce, pickles etc). Also is it realistic to loose 23 lbs in 23 shots (I beleive that not), where you make measurements of your body. Thank you in advance

Ok, Ive been on the no sugar/ no starch diet for 2 weeks and have lost another 3lbs. I ve even been cheating this week and havent seen a weight gain. I guess your metabolism really does go up. This is such a rewarding diet and I am so glad I did it!
