Hi everyone,

I started withthe HCG shots on 6/1/08 weighing 225lbs, two days of eating on the 3rd day I weighed the same, 4th day 220lbs, 5th day 215 lbs, 6th day 210lbs, 7th day I went up to 215lbs(I think this is because I didn't eat dinner, not enough calories) , 8th day back down to 210 lbs through now which is my 14th day my weigh has done nothing.  Last night I ate a piece of sausage thinking this would make my weight move even if is up but it did nothing.  I'm using the same products as when I started as far as make up.  I don't know what I can do.

I have coffee black sometimes otherwise just water with the small apple for breakfast, that leaves me with no morning snack, lunch is 100 grams of chicken breast with a handful of tomatoes or lettuce seasoned with salt and lime.  Dinner is the same but I switch the vegetable if I had tomatoe for lunch then is lettuce for dinner and vice versa.  I don't like beef all that much so I haven't really had any.
I'm trying to do the 8 glasses of water a day but sometimes is hard.
Please help with this, I'm pretty discouraged since I have been strict with my eating and the shot but have not seen any change for 8 days.

Please give me some pointers what I can do for the weight to start going down again.

Anxiously awaiting your suggestions, thank you.

Have you tried eating white fish? dr. Simeons says not to eat the same protein at each meal.  Also try the ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) cocktail.  This works for me.

ACV cocktail - glass of water with 2 T ACV and Stevia to taste.
I have to drick this with a straw and sometimes hold my nose.

I would try an apple day if I were you and stop having salt. Switch to apple cider vinegar drizzled over your tomatoe. It's possible you are retaining water and not eliminating properly by the sound of it. Try drinking some smooth move tea nightly. Are you eating fish? Since you don't eat beef and have been sticking to chicken, maybe your body needs a little variety.
