An apple day is done during the injection phase or phase 2 as KT calls it. It is used to get the weight loss going again after a stall or a cheat. If you read the protocol, you will find the directions for an apple day there. The only thing that I recommend that's different from those instructions is that you drink 2 liters of water all of your teas and a fiber supplement.
