Hey Everybody~
Just wanted to write and tell all of u who are wondering about how to decrease after treatment, when you've over 2 lbs that is, and egg day works really well. meaning i only ate eggs all day long. I'm pretty sure it was Lila's idea, but i did it yesterday, and woke up a lb. lighter this morning! and it worked at the end of my 3rd wk too! everybody's body is different, so it may not produce the same effect, but just thought i'd tell u it worked for me.

there's soo many benefits to eating eggs to:
-cheap
-fast
-easy to cook
-great taste!
-available everywhere, (even at gas stations)
-protein-filled
i guess it was just cool to find out that i didn't have to go out and buy an expensive steak every time i wanted to reduce during this 3-wk period. tell me if this works for everyone else.
