Only eggs all day?  Is this in the KT book, or did you discover this on your own?  I love eggs.  What other secrets do you (KT) have?  Keep them coming. 

I've lost 22 pounds so far.  I plan on losing a total of 50 pounds.

I think Lila discovered an egg day during Phase 3 -the three week initial maintenence period or Phase 4. Lila-where are you and how and when did you do an egg day? Did it take off extra weight if you gained?
