Hi.  I'm with you on the steak thing.  I can't remember the last time I ate one!  I'm having trouble understanding why we can't eat extra lean white meat turkey instead of beef.  I use it already everyplace you'd use ground beef (except for burgers...my DH and DS won't eat turkey burgers).

Like you, I'm wondering if there is a subsitute for steak day.  Can we use chicken or turkey??
