Can anybody help us, the ones who finished with good results, with a list of foods or plan to eat after the shots are all done? I lost alot of weight the first time, but gained it all back so quickly because I dont know how or what to eat and then ordered the shots a second time but have gotten sick really bad with tonsillitis so have to stop now.  I luv the results but how on earth can we keep the weight off? Am I just subject to salads and vegatables and a small amount of protein?  Which is fine by me, but I need some types of different recipes or things to eat please.  Can anybody please help?HuhHuh  I really would like those of us who lost all the weight to keep it off!  Thanks so much!

For the first three weeks or phase 3, I recommend you read The Atkins Diet Revolution and start with the maintenence phase. For phase 4, read the three Suzanne Somers diet books; they have pretty liberal maintenence plans, recipes and allow for really rich and varied eating. I'm going to start injections again soon too.

How about the Nutrisystem diet plan? I am thinking about that one.  I dont think enough people are sharing or writing in on how to keep the weight off after the diet....what do u think?

I don't know, I have thought about it too. I would prefer to find another meal delivery service that uses more natural and organic foods, for sure. It would certainly take away some of the burden of planning all the time!!!  Grin
